More work carried out at Derby Road in Nottingham. This time we were to tile a total of 120 Squared Meters of outside natural stone floor tiling. To date we have only done 60 Squared Meters, This is due to the scale and size of the project and the fact that there are some massive tiles measuring as much as 1000mm x 600mm x 30mm thickness. The prep process included a thermal water board down followed by a special flexible membrane called ditra matting. This was attached down with primer grip and a special glue system that was recommended to us. The laying process included using a c2f thick bed flexible rapid set adhesive its a very special adhesive thats made to be used for these types of natural stone tiling and all weather conditions. Here is a gallery of some of the prep process and what it looks like to date. If you have any outdoor floor tiling that needs doing in Nottinghamshire, we are specialists and very reasonably priced. Give us a call today and see what we can do for you.
