 Youngs Tiling have been in Kirkby in Ashfield this week working on a kitchen Tiling Revamp. We have been working for a lovely couple again. David and Bev Campbell wanted to revamp there old kitchen tiling. We did a full prep with delta boards as the walls were not in a great condition. There were holes every where. We installed new beautiful sage metro tiles finished off with white grout and trims and silicone to make them pop and stand out. A lovely couple Hayden and Kelly Hinds from Kirkby-in-Ashfield needed their wet room re-tiling as it wasn't fit for purpose. It was an absolute pleasure to rescue this wet room floor for them and re-do it making it right. It was a hard job and came across some difficult challenges, but we got there in the end. We started by stripping the old out as the original was just flat level no fall on it what so ever so no wonder after many years they started with leaks. After we stripped the floor it was prep time and making everything in the shower area have a fall to the drain so we re-tanked and delta board it out. Once all the prep was done it was time to tile, we did something bit different with this one and gave them a diamond pattern which looks great and works brilliantly for this wet room size and system.
